Shipping policy

We ship with the best couriers all over Malaysia. The average delivery time is 3 - 5 days. Shipping is always free for orders over RM150.00. Duties are included.

If the delivery of a package is refused by the customer and it has to be shipped back to Country Hide, Country Hide will charge the customer with the Shipping Fees (back and fourth from Giftwenty Sdn Bhd) and all the processing fees from our couriers. These costs will be deducted from the refund.
